Villas at Blue Cove is a great place to call home. Everyone on the staff is so helpful and nice. I've met our property manager . They actually take time to listen and really care about the tenant's concerns. It's a home we will forever try to be apart of. Thanks for all you do!

I have lived here for six months and absolutely love living here…from the grounds being well kept, the property clean, the pool beautiful and fun, my apartment having new appliances and the layout being so darn cute, the attentiveness of the entire staff and the ease at which the entire leasing process and rent payments have gone. High Five ✋ to all property managers for running a fabulous property. I would recommend this property to all of my friends. Thanks Guys!!

Very nice property and everyone is so helpful. The property managers are the sweetest and get things done very fast. As far as maintaining the property and help that I cant manage, they have been OUTSTANDING. Always around to help and very friendly.

I’ve loved my experience here! The office has been more than accommodating and the property managers have been so understanding and helpful! Even with the maintenance issues I have experienced they respond within a few hours telling me when things can be expected to be fixed. The property managers are golden in how nice they are when in my unit. I would rent here time and time again, I can’t thank them enough!

We are so excited for our new home at Villas at Blue Cove and none of this would have been possible without the property manager’s help!!! She is by far the best leasing agent we have ever met! We just signed our lease and are really looking forward to making Villas at Blue Cove our new home! The property manager was incredible! She answered all our questions and made us feel so comfortable. She is one of the reasons why we chose Blue Cove because it’s important to us to like and connect with the people who work on the property 😊 can’t thank her enough!
